Our team is a diverse mix of Portuguese locals and immigrants, each with a unique background and a shared passion for helping others navigate the complexities of moving to Portugal.

This diversity allows us to provide a comprehensive and culturally sensitive service to our clients.

Our consulting team comprises past clients and our founder, a Portuguese-Canadian born in Portugal and raised in Canada. When she moved back in 1987, the journey was filled with challenges, leading to a steep learning curve. With 30 years of experience managing two companies in tourism, when COVID-19 briefly halted the world, she decided to adapt and focus on something she had extensive experience with within Portugal - navigating bureaucracy. ​

Our team also includes clients who have successfully completed the process with AKH and are now part of our family. We live in Portugal and face daily challenges, striving to find solutions. Regardless of the problem, we fully support you until it is resolved and overcome.

To effectively assist our clients, we stay current with changes in VFS (Visa Facilitation Services), embassies, immigration legislation, and the finance department, among other entities.

Once we complete your residence process, our goal is to empower you to be independent and not constantly reliant on our services. We believe in equipping our clients with the knowledge and resources they need to thrive in their new home.
